Cats are usually quite clean when it comes to peeing or pooping. There is a very low chance that a cat would allow itself to pee in a bed as it would smell and be uncomfortable and cats do not like this.

There could be any number of reasons why a cat wets the bed. One reason could be is if the cat is female she could be in heat. The cat could have a urinary track infection. And if the cat is male then they do it to mark territory.

Cats and bed-wetting may signal a behavioral issue or a medical issue. Sometimes when cats have a urinary problem, they will wet in noticable places so their human will notice. Or your cat may be reacting to a situation he's not happy about. Consult your vet to determine the problem.
