Unfortunately, employers tend to have more rights than the employee. The first step would be to see an attorney who specialises in wrongul terminaton. In most states, the employer can hire and fire "at will," which means, an employer can let you go without a good reason. However, it is a different situaaton if you suspect discrimination.

When am fired unfairly, I would write to the management of the company to rescind the decision of firing me. And in the event of refusing my letter to the management, I would further seek assistance from the labor department to help solve the problem. Also if I realized my right is trample on I would seek a lawyer's advise.

If you feel like you were fired unfairly, you should be able to consult the Department of Labor for your area and tell your story. They can help you.

An employer can terminate an employee at any time for any reason. File a claim with the unemployment office in your area. You may be able to get compensation until you find another job. You don't want to work for someone who doesn't want you there.
