You should try new things to find something that you really enjoy and excites your passion. One of the best options might be exercise and fitness.

Did you have interests that you enjoyed in the past? If you have lost the desire to do things you used to like doing, you could be depressed and not realize it. If you feel your quality of life is being affected, talk to your doctor.

You need to jump-start your body and your mind. Exercise will help, even if it's just jogging around your living room. Learn to play piano.

I think you've done the right thing to tell someone, I am on this very page right now because i've been feeling that i'm not interested in anything, and, that can be quite a scary feeling. I've benefitted from you. It seems many experience this.

Then pick yourself up and take actions to remove annoyances - be it cleaning house because you hate the mess, paying off debt because you despise collection notices, finishing unfinished tasks because you don't want the stuff sitting around. If there is nothing of interest, take action based on eliminating what you don't like being undone.

force yourself to try as many different things as possible. One of them may turn out to thrill you. Other than that, suicide is an option, but Camus argues that when faced with the absurdity or pointlessness of life it is actually better not to do that. Instead you should engage in activity that improves the world for other people.
