What can I do if my ford gauge does not work on my Ford pick up?

I would first give all the fuses a quick check. If all are in good working order, then I would take it to where you can get it diagnosed.Then replace either faulty sensor for that particular gauge or faulty wire leading to gauge and last of all maybe the gauge it self.

If the gauge does not work on the car then there are some problems. The maine cause is that something got unplugged or that the gauge is broken or stuck.

I'm assuming you actually meant to type "fuel" gauge. You can check the sending unit in the tank, the gauge cluster itself, or have a qualified mechanic do the work.

You should probably get your thermostat replaced. You can get a new thermostat at any car parts store. A new thermostat is a only a few dollars usually.

if your gauge does not work it depends witch one your talking about because they all have a separate censer that measures the amount of use. you might need to buy a new gauge set up

Well the first thing to check is the wiring. Sometime a loose or corroded ground wire can stop a gauge from working. Then check the system or problems all the way up to the dash. It could be anything from a blown fuse to the gauge itself being bad.
