What can I do for my dog whom has a dry nose?

Dogs noses are often Dry at certain parts of the day. The Wet and Cold nose of dogs is dependent upon breed and environment. If you are sure this is abnormal for your pet, then give your Dog a electrolyte drink and encourage him or her to drink more often.

The dry nose thing is something that sometimes happens in dogs it could be an internal fever or it could be that the dog just isnt feeling well.

It is not uncommon for a dog to at first have a wet nose and then have it become dry. It could be due to the temperature changing. If it's really crusty/flaky that may cause cuts or open sores it would be best to take it into a vet. Nothing to really worry about.

Dry noses on dogs can indicate a problem. First make sure that your dog has plenty of water and is getting proper nutrition. If it persists, see a vet.
