you can try an over the counter dewormer by Hartz, but you are really going to need to get your cat to a vet for a perscription.

Ringworm is actually a fungus, not a parasite and it can spread. If your cat has severe or even a mild case of ringworm it really should be seen by a trained and licensed vet for the proper diagnosis, treatment, and medication. Left untreated it can cause serious infection not.

You will need to treat the cat AND the environment. There are shampoos and dips, anti-fungal drugs, and ringworm vaccines to consider. To decontaminate your surroundings, bleach is best.
