First, wash them in cold water to reduce the possibility of shrinkage. But for jeans that have already shrunk, you are stuck.

Stretch them out with your hands before putting them on. Also, try using a less intense setting on your dryer, or just enjoy your styling new tight jeans.

Heat can promote clothing to shrink. Wash the jeans in cold water. Dry on the coolest dryer setting or hang dry.

If they have already shrunk, nothing. Wash Levis in cold water and dry them in a cooler dryer or hang them to dry. It is heat that causes shrinking.
