Pines grow two sets of needles, chances are the pest will eat the older set of needles and not impact the growth of the tree. However, you need to consult your local garden center for a pesticide specific to your tree and parasite. Malathion and pyrethrin are used for this, but may be banned in your area.

Once the worms have infested the tree there is really nothing you can do but buy some spray to kill them. But even after they're sprayed and dead the tree will be brittle and die.

Do not spray incesticides only on tree, but spray it also on the insects that are on the trees. Spray the lower trunk with an insecticide called MERIT.

Spraying the pines with cypermethrin is a good way to get rid of these worms. Since spraying pine trees is difficult, due to the foliage of the tree, you may need spreader sticker to help the cypermethrin adhere to the tree bark.

get a stick and stick it to the worm so it would not thrive on the pine trees. this worm will make the pine trees sick and eventually will die. so to remove the worms, use stick to kill the worm.
