Take a warm shower and then squeeze the breast until the milk comes out this should take care of the problem.

I would start with soaking a washcloth in hot/warm epson salt water, soaking for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a day. If not cleared up in a few days, see doctor.

There are several things you can try. The best way is to attempt expression of the breast milk with warm compression of the breast and an aspirator. However, this could be extremely painful at times and would require analgesia. Visit your doctor to ensure there is no concurrent infection, they would giv eyou further advice on what steps to take.
