What can cause my ears to itch?

The most reasonable cause would be a foreign object in the ear canal. It can be some kind of dust, or even a bug, and it is irritating the canal's skin and causes the itching. Try to clean your ear, but do not stick anything hard in it.

Many things can do it. You may have trapped ear wax or trapped water in your ears. Dry skin and allergies can also make them itch.
