One reason progesterone levels can fall during your pregnancy is unfortunately due to having a miscarriage. Luckily losing a pregnancy early is usually due to something wrong with the baby. Your chances of having another normal healthy pregnancy are very high. The only way to truly know the cause is to discuss your results with your doctor.

Falling progesterone is a result of your hormones not releasing enough hormones to maintain your pregnancy. There are options, you can take hormone supplements, if your doctor was not alarmed then you should be okay. I would try and rest and research the use of progestrone supplemnts, there is a cream that you can get.
