What can cause an itchy head?

An itchy, bumpy head could be caused by several different things. The first is dandruff- characterized by white flakes being found on your scalp. It could also be an overly dry scalp, solved by moisturizing. The last option is a parasite, such as lice or ticks.

You may have a dry scalp or can have lice. I suggest greasing your scalp once to twice a week and see if that helps,if not see a dermatologist.
