If you are experiencing pain on your right side that travels toward your navel, you could have an issue with your Appendix. Although this is a very small appendage attached to your Intestines, it can cause moderate to severe pain. If you a running any fever, seek medical attention immediately.

Any abdominal pain should be taken seriously, especially pain around or near the navel. Navel pain can indicate an appendix about to rupture and some potential reproductive problems not to mention intestinal difficulties. Stay on the safe side and book an appointment with your doctor for a review of your symptoms.

This would be caused by back and abdominal strain. Do sit ups and do them consistently. Make sure you have good posture.

Several organs are on the right side of your body, such as the liver and the gallbladder. One of the most common causes of pain in the right side of the body is gallstones, so that might be it. However, it can also be someone else, and you should definitely see a physician to be sure.
