You may have to have tests for HIV, and for Hepatitis B and C. If you are requesting a large amount, you may have to undergo a physical as well.

Both blood sugar and the Blood pressure tests are required for life insurance, although depending on who you're looking at this might be different. This is for John Hancock.

You can find a lot of life insurances out there that require no blood tests and no medical questions. I would look into those before buying that policy.
