Normally your cheeks swell, there is some soreness for a couple of days and it takes maybe a week or two before the wholes heal up. If there is some concern or not right you need to go see a dentist soon. You could have an infection.

You will have some bleeding as well as some swelling and soreness. A possibility of dry socket if you smoke or use any sucking action in the first few days.
