The symptoms in gastritis are mostly related to the abdominal region or the stomach. Usually you feel bloated, nauseated, you can also have frequent stomach pains, vomiting, hiccups, loss of appetite, a burning sensation in your tummy, you may also vomit blood or have black tarry stools which is blood in your feces.

I think the worst symptom is a gnawing pain in the upper adomen where your stomach is located. You can also become nauseous or even throw up, if it is really bad. It makes you feel so bad, you don't want to eat much of anything.
