Symptoms include incoordination of limb movements, problems speaking, jerky movements of the eye movements, and decrease in reflexes. You should speak with a genetic counselor for testing to make sure it is Fredericks Ataxia.

You would have to ask your doctor, only the doctor can tell you what the sings are. The doctor would know best what they are, and what you can do to help your son out. You need to talk to a doctor though, to get treatment for it. Best of luck to you.
