Some of the symptoms of dysentery can possibly be some slight upper stomach pains and possible diarrhea or feeling like your about to go the bathroom. You may have a fever and feel some slight abdominal pains.

Dysentery is an infection. Its symptoms include extreme stomach cramping (its an intestinal infection), fever muscle pain and most rotten of all, diarrhea. Rest, try to stay hydrated with clean water and pray that it passes quickly.

Dysentery usually requires medical attention because sometimes in children, elderly people, and those with compromised immune systems, the accompanying dehydration can prove fatal.
