Arteriosclerosis is when fatty like material clogs the arteries. In can be quite serious and lead to heart attacks, strokes, and hypertennsion. Symptoms include: high blood pressure, trouble breathing, chest pain. However, most symptoms to do occur until a mass blockage occurs, this makes it extremely serious and some times deadly.

Sometimes there are no symptoms but fatigue or shortness of breath may signal a problem. Chest pain may be present or your heart may seem to skip beats or otherwise be beating out of rhythm. Arteriosclerosis can cause a heart attack and often that is the first sign of trouble.
