The symptoms of appendicitis begin with generalized pain in the abdomen, then becomes concentrated to lower right part. Other symptoms can include loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting and fever.

The main associated symptom of appendicitis is lower right abdominal pain, you could also have indigestion, and pain with bowel movements.

The main symptom is pain in the lower right abdominal region and sometimes it is in the middle lower region and the pain gets worse if you press there and take hand out of there quickly. Appendicitis includes fever and sometimes there are loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting.

Though it may begin in a more general area of the stomach, it should become a concern if it moves to the lower right side of the torso. It can also cause fever or nausea.
