Buy roach gel and squeeze it into cracks where you have seen roaches. Also, spray your perimeter with roach killer to keep them from coming in.

One thing that I have tried is a Black & Decker plugin bug eliminator. It sends sound waves through your house and the vibrations keep bugs out. So far its worked.

Just silicone every small holes you find, use a good spray and dont ever leave food outside. Hope it helps,
