I often use different style letters in a variety of ways. Probably the best thing for you is to do a search online for what is termed an "alt code". There are many styles including greek lettering options. I was able to find one in just a few minutes of searching.

This isn't the alphabet code that you are looking for, but it is a way that you can do this without memorizing any codes. To get any special character pasted onto the internet, open up MS Word, go to the special characters in there and put it into a document. Then copy and paste into your browser

If you are using Windows, use the Character Map feature found at Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Character Map. On a Mac, press Command+Option+T.
