When you're in L.A. you must see the Hollywood Bowl, as well as try the shopping on Melrose Avenue. You will recognize both of these locations from movies you have seen. The shopping on Rodeo Drive is another attraction that should be seen as well. The Sunset Strip is a good place to go also.

One absolute must is the Getty Museum. Even if you are not gallery people, this magnificent billion dollar building is perched high above LA and has magnificent views, gardens, and a wonderful cafe. It's free, but parking does cost. Crustacean in Beverly Hills for garlic noodles. The Disney Concert Hall by Gehry. The ocean. Have fun!

You must go see Hollywood Studios. You must go shopping down there. Visit Disney Land and visit Universal Studios. Visit the hollywood block and see the houses of famous celebrities. Also, you might want to go to the haunted house down there. It's only a halloween special, but it is great.
