Some of the lesser known Scooby Doo characters include several of Scooby-Doo's family members - Scrappy-Doo (nephew), Scooby-Dum (cousin), and Yabba-Doo (brother). The character of The Tar Monster appeared in the very first cartoon episode, and then made re-appearances in a film and video games. Other lesser known characters include Vincent Van Ghoul and The Hex Girls.
