The season for quail hunting in Oklahoma is from the second week in November until February 15. A hunting license or proof of exemption is required. There is a daily limit of 10, with hours beginning at official sunrise and ending at official sunset. "Pot shooting," or shooting a quail while it is on the ground, is not allowed.

The season lasts from November to the middle of February. The limit is ten daily. Limitations include a license and not shooting the birds while they're on the ground.
