                                                          Mayonnaise is made with oil, egg yolk, and sometimes vinegar and spices.  Homemade mayo can be about 85% fat, and most commercial mayo is between 70% and 80% fat.  If you are on a low-fat diet, it is probably not your best choice of condiment!
