What are the ingredients in Ajax dish soap?

The main ingredients in Ajax dish soap are ammonium C12-15 pareth sulfate, Lauramidopropylamine oxide, SD alcohol 3-A, sodium chloride, poloxamer 124, Fragrance, Preservative, pentasodium pentatate, triclosan, sodium bisulfate, dyes, and of coarse water. The skin irritation may be caused from an allergic reaction to one of these chemicals. Soaps can also wash away your skins natural oils to cause irritation.

The main cleaning ingredients in Ajax are Ammonium C12-15 Pareth Sulfate and Lauramidopropylamine Oxide. Both of these can irritate skin. All of the Ajax varities also have dyes and fragrances which can also be irritating.

This dish soap contains high amount of triclosan, a medium amount of magnesium, ammonium laureth sulfate and DMDM hydantoin. Small amounts of water, benzene sulfonate, sodium xylenesulfonate, denatured ethanol, lauryl polyglucose, laurylaminopropylamide, oxide, magesium sulfate, pentasodium penetetate, D&C orange 4 and SD alcohol 3. Perhaps you can figure out what is irritating your skin from these ingredients.
