Beans, mexican foods such as tacos, burritos, and italian food like spaghetti because it usually uses a lot of garlic and the like. Yes, garlic can be a gassy food but the gassiness level fluctuates over the day. For example, in the morning it is pretty bad, but at night it seems okay

Beans are notorious for giving people gas. They expand in your stomach causing excess gas. Green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, lettuce and brussel sprouts also cause gas as well as loose stools. You can prevent gas by taking a product such as Beano or Gas-X before you eat these types of foods.

The food that gives gas are hard foods. Eating vegetables everyday the gas trouble decreases. If you use non veg such as meat, fish and eggs everyday without using vegetables. No doubt the gas troubles and others diseases will affect you soon. The food that gives gas troubles are such as Potato, Tapiyoka, Dals etc.
