What are the effects of a freon leak?

First symptom is noticeable increase in the humidity and extended run times each time the unit cycles. Since it can't cool effectively, the unit begins to run longer. When the leak causes enough refrigerant to lower the system pressure below 55 lbs the evaporator will frost. The coil can't move any air, it eventually freezes and no cooling takes place.

If you seem to be getting a freon leak then you will seem to probably notice your air not being cool.
