There are 3 types of Organizational structures they are top level management,middle level management and lower level management.The responsibility and authority flows opposit way,work are directed from top level to middle level and to low level. Usally top level are highly responsible compared to other levels and middle level acts as link between top level management and low level management.

in an normal organization there is usually prepared with the sequential structure of the highest positions up to the lowest, usually starting from the chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer, and then underneath again there are staff who worked on the staff who have been determined by the chairman for the organization runs smoothly.
