If there is a basement below the sagging floor, a large screw jack can be used near the center of the largest supporting beam. Be sure to follow the instructions as there can be some severe consequences for jacking up parts of your house without knowing what you're doing.

What you need is two beams one about six inches shorter than the other and a two ton or greater floor jack. Place the shorter beam on top of the jack and raise the floor then put the taller beam in place drop the jack and remove the shorter beam

When your foundation is not level you will get a sagging floor. Go to your basement and see if you have adjustable pilons, If you do raise the pilon up a notch. If you do not have these you can purchase at any home improvement store.

You will need to get under the floor. Anything preventing access to the flooring from underneath will have to be removed. You then will need to jack up the floor and either replace the floor joists or run the new ones beside the old ones. Quite a chore.

A more important question that you should find out first is " why is your floor sagging ". You may need to replace the floor or simply add supports under it perpendicular to the cross beams. this may only work if you do infact have a subfloor. Fix the cause first.
