My opinion is that something is very nice handmade and is unique, and is done manually makes it special. For me, personally, a handmade gift would impress me very much because you know that person worked for this gift.

The person who has everything might enjoy gadgets such as a tire-pressure gauge so he can start learning a new skill. Another gadget might be a do-it-yourself kit of some type to help him develop a new hobby, including all tools necessary to do whatever is needed.
