What are some tips for dealing with rejection when applying to jobs?

One of the best tips I ever got about dealing with rejection when applying for jobs was using it to better myself. For example, after being rejected from a job I will call the company and politly ask for feedback on why I was rejected and then correct those mistakes.

To deal with the rejection just keep applying for other jobs and looking for new opportunities. This one did not work out because a better job is waiting for you.

A rejection means that you have gotten off your duff, put together a resume, and done other job-applying procedures. That is winning. Let yourself celebrate this type of winning and keep in mind that you are going to hear a lot of no's before you hear a yes. But you need only one good yes.
