Bath salts are made using equal parts coarse sea salt and Epsom Salt and combining. After combining use Essential Oils such as lavender, orange etc., mix. If you want it colored use vegetable food coloring. (Use gloves). Spread on foil to dry. Store in jar with lid.

To make bath salts you can use Epsom Salt. Mix the Epsom salt with a few drops of skin safe essential oils and store in a plastic container.

Bath salts are usually made from Epsom Salts, adding rose water and glycerin, which a drop of your favorite essential oil. This is a great gift. But I have been told that this cannot be use by people with diabeties.
