Two of my favorites are the New Jersey shore and Washington, DC. Ocean city, NJ is awesome for families. In DC, most museums are free and have great cafeterias.
Some popular vacation spots that are family friendly are Busch Gardens, Water Park USA, Williamsburg, VA, Hershey Park, PA, Grand Canyon, AZ, Myrtle Beach, SC, and others.
