It would be difficult to type out multiple surveys here, but a simple google search (or a browse through other people's Facebook or MySpace pages) should turn up a few good ones.

Some surveys include. Firsts for me, which includes the first time you did something. Another is my current life in 90 questions. That one is always fun. Another survey is the love life survey which talks about prior relationships. My favorite one is the dare to tell because you find out who has a crush on you.
