There are many amazing songs out there about a parents love for their little boys. One of my favorites will always be John Lennons Beautiful Boy. Its about a father being there for his son through everything. Another one that I find amazing is Harry Chapins Cats in the Cradle.

well there are only a couple i know like "let them be little by billy dean and "beautiful boy" by john lennon or "my wish" from rascall flatts

Folk songs are sometimes about little boys. Think about "Puff the Magic Dragon" (and his friend, Jackie Paper) and "Michael Row Your Boat Ashore. " Paul Petersen sang for young sons with a song on TV called, "My Dad. " Listen also to Peter, Paul and Mary's "The Marvelous Toy," too.
