You could have important people in your Mother's life send in a picture of her, and write a special memory of her, or write about something special she did for them. Then make a scrapbook of the photos and memories to present to her on her birthday.

Write a poem or letter to her thanking her for everything she's done for you. If you're artistically inclined then make a collage or scrapbook of her life.
