It's best to use muted colors in a bathroom. Examples of muted colors include honeydew, lavender, and sky blue. If you want a more vibrant color it's best to use it as accent and not the main wall color.

Since bathrooms are generally small a light bright color would enlarge the room. Light yellows, blues or pale greens are nice. It all depends on your decorating theme such as the color of your counter tops, fixtures, shower curtain, etc. Pull a light color from some large pieces in your room and go with that.
