Remove the existing wall plate from your phone by pulling on the grooves on the name plate. Then, once it pops out, attach the new wall plate on your phone.

It depends on what type of wall plates you have. some snap on and off, others have to be screwed on and off.

Get a screwdriver remove the two screws one on top another at the bottom unscrew them, remove the old wall plate replace the new plate and screw the plate back.
