One of the best monologues available is from the play "A Streetcar Named Desire". Choose any of the monologues spoken by the character Blanche.

Good monologues for women include Dorothy's monologue from 42nd Street, Luisa's speech from The Fantasticks, Rose Carboni's monologue from I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, Maria's monologue from The Sound of Music, both Gypsy and Rose's monologues from Gypsy, Queen Aggravain's monologue from Once Upon A Mattress, and Roxie's monologue from Chicago.

Two of my favorite plays feature women with monologues, they are Legally Blonde and Wicked. You get the thoughts of Elle Woods and the Wicked Witch respectively.

You can turn almost anything that appeals to you from a popular play into monologue. Don't stick to what others are doing. For example, the play Grey Gardens works.
