Let's face it. There are those beers out there that claim they have less calories than other alcohol. What they aren't telling you is that ALL ALCOHOL isn't good for you. You can mix your drinks with diet sodas to take off some of the calories off but you're not going to find any truly diet alcohol.
All alcohol is full of calories, but one 1. 5 oz serving of vodka has less than the average serving of beer. To cut down on calories, try adding light juice, diet soda or diet seltzer and going light on the alcohol.
Actually there is really no good diet alcholic drinks as alcohol has alot of calories I guess you could use diet coke but that really would not taste very good.
You can always go with light beers, especially MGB 64 or Michelob Ultra. You can also go with drinks with diet coke and rum, or diet sprite & vodka. Using diet soda really helps.
