Some of the most environmentally friendly cars are electric or electric/ gas, but there are many car makers who make environmentally sound cars, such as they have reduced the emissions, or they make them more sleek to stop the wind from slowing it down using more gas and they also make cars that get high MPG's.

Any small fuel efficient car can be consider eco-friendly. The most popular ones currently are hybrids like the Toyota Prius and Honda Insight. Small diesel cars like the VW Golf TDI are also seen as petty green cars. Smart cars are also petty clean gasoline vehicles.
