Right now everything is in. You can do a bob, long layers, bangs, flat ironed hair, or waves. I think the bob is a good look when you have the longer hair in front. It gives yoiu volume, its stylish and its cute. Just make sure you have the right face for it.

If you are in the ages of 20-40's, you could try an a-line cut. Like a bob but longer in the front. Many celebrities such as victoria beckham have this.
