First Corinthians chapter 13 is perhaps the most beloved and more frequently cited passage on love in the entire Bible. The Song of Songs (sometimes called Song of Solomon) is also full of passages that deal with a love relationship. The poetry of the Psalms may also interest you.

The most eloquent and oft-cited passages are 1 Corinthians 13; Romans 8: 35-39; and 1 John 4: 7-12 (Note that this is the first Epistle of John, not the Gospel. )

Genesis 29:20, Proverbs 10:12, Proverbs 15:17, Proverbs 13:24, Proverbs 30:18-19, John 15:13, Song of Solomon 8:6, and 1 Corinthians 13:1-8a and 13 are good choices. The Song of Solomon is one long love song, so to speak, and you can find many more choices.

You could use much of 1 Corinthians 13, which is often called the Love Chapter. For example, "Love is patient, love is kind. "
