What are good Vining plants that grow well in Central Texas?

I have a difficult time keeping anything a life in my garden.

It could be blossom end rot which can be caused by lack of calcium. First, find that happy balance of just the right amount of water. Too much or too little can stop them plant from taking in calcium. Second, add a little calcium. Just crust up some eggs shells and work them in the soil.

Anytime these questions come up, I suggest to go to a nursery and ask them. There are many plants for different areas and they know the best ones. Buy a few perennials and divide them up each year.
