Bob cut hair with the front elongated will work for fat faces because the side hair can cover a portion of your cheeks. Please avoid wearing bangs.

Any hair cut that seems to elongate the face would be ideal for people with fat faces. This is true more so with woman than with men, as women are generally more concerned about this and are willing to have long hair. Layering also helps to elongate faces.

A layered cut away from the face is best for full faces. Short hair is not good when your face is fat. If your hair ends at your face it excentuates your facial fullness. You want the hair cut to have dimension and layers and not flat against your face.
