If you ahve to much tapping one of the hydrolic units might not be pumping all the way. I would go ahead and readjust the pushrods and see if that helps. If not, then you might have to replace the unit. I have seen them bad right out of the box Good luck and happy riding.

The most common rattle is the clutch, during idle and underway. In fact the shovelheads many noises and rattles makes it a classic rattlebucket that the Harley enthusiast loves most!

There should be no rattle coming from your bike. Especially if this rattle if coming from the engine. This indicates that there may be something internally wrong. You should have it inspected by a professional.

Baby rattles are very common in shovelhead motorcycles. Next time leave them with the kid when you drop her off!
