An angioma is a small tumor that is made up of either blood vessals or or lymph vessals and are benign. These angiomas usually are formed at the brain and can cause epilepsy. Occassionally one of these vessals will burst and cause a hemmorhage. The angiomas can appear anywhere in the body and they can often appear on the skin.
