Michael Jackson was never convicted of the crime against children. He basically took care of all responsibility that a parent must do by the state. he also hide his children from the media to give them a normal life. He was a good father.

His abilities as a father were only questioned once, when he hung his son over a balcony in front of fans and paparazzi. Otherwise he was generally viewed as a loving father who cared deeply for his children, even though they were not biologically his. His mother now has custody of his children.
